BIOGRAPHY
Anna Parreira de Carvalho was born in Tambaú, São Paulo, Brazil, on 28 March 1916, to parents Diaulas Parreira and Mariana Geraldina de Carvalho. Her father served as Mayor of Tambaú twice: his first term was from 1911 to 1914, and his second term was from 1938 to 1941.
At some point, she married Diaulas Nogueira de Carvalho. The couple had at least three children.
