He may also be the oldest person ever from the Dominican Republic, and one of the top 10 oldest men ever. His age has not been validated by LongeviQuest (LQ), but is pending validation by Supercentenarios Latinoamericanos (LAS).

Efraín Núñez Núñez was a Dominican Republic supercentenarian whose age is currently pending. At the time of his death, he may have the third-oldest known living man in the world, behind Israel Kristal and Francisco Núñez Olivera.
