Rodríguez Guzmán was born in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, on 27 June 1914.
In 1949, she married Rosalio Fraga and had children.
At the time of her 108th birthday, she had three grandchildren who all were living in the United States. She loved to sing at the time and lived in a nursing home in San Luis Potosí City.
Rodríguez Guzmán died on 10 November 2022 in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, at the age of 108.
