BIOGRAPHY
Maria Federici was born in Leonessa, Lazio, Italy, on 4 April 1908. She never married nor had children. She resided in Florence for many years, together with her nephew Camillo.
On her 110th birthday, the people of Leonessa, along with Mayor Paolo Trancassini, gathered to celebrate, offering their best wishes and sending congratulatory telegrams.
Maria Federici passed away in Florence, Tuscany, Italy, on 29 June 2019, at the age of 111 years, 86 days.
RECOGNITION
Her age was verified by Paolo Scarabaggio, and validated by the ESO on 19 August 2024.
