Adolfo Camacho Ripoll, a resident of Cartagena, Bolívar Department, Colombia, celebrated his 110th birthday on 13 April, according to Chambacú.tv.

Adolfo Camacho Ripoll was born in Santa Catalina, Bolívar Department, on 13 April 1915. He claims to have been born on 14 April, but research suggests he is most likely a day older. At some point, he married and had 14 children (two deceased).

He is reportedly still reading El Universal (Cartagena) newspaper.

His age was validated by LongeviQuest on 9 May 2023. At the moment, he is the third-oldest (known) living man in Colombia, after Julio Saldarriaga Hernandez (born 3 November 1913) and Armando Alvarino Thomas (born 5 March 1914). He is currently the oldest known living person in the Bolívar Department and the first documented male supercentenarian from the region.
