Mina Peterlin is a validated American supercentenarian known as one of the oldest living people in Ohio.
Mina Peterlin was born on 9 August 1914 in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County, Michigan, United States.
Throughout her life, she worked various jobs, including a bartender and, during World War II, making tractor wheels for Ford. During the Prohibition, she reported that she would help to dispose of alcohol her mother produced if the police asked questions.
At some point in her life, she got married and had two children. At 107 years old, she already had three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her great-niece claimed that Peterlin’s secret to longevity was to avoid men.
Peterlin currently resides in Marblehead, Ottawa County, Ohio, United States, at 110 years old.
