LongeviQuest is pleased to announce that the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO) has validated the age of Theresa Ryan at 110 years old.
Theresa Ryan was born on 2 June 1914 in Floriana, Port Region, Malta. While in Malta, she worked as a housekeeper for a naval captain.
In 1938, she was married to George Ryan and the couple had one daughter together.
She moved to the United Kingdom around 1940 where she worked as a seamstress. Before retiring at age 60, she worked in a clothing factory and as a playground assistant.

Her daughter attributed her mother’s longevity to luck, a Mediterranean diet, hard work, and a cheerful temperament.
Theresa Ryan currently resides in Plymouth, Devon, England, United Kingdom, at 110 years old.
