Eva Hoover was a validated American supercentenarian born on 3 May 1908 in Miami County, Ohio, United States.
On 31 March 1933, she married Samuel G. Hoover at the age of 24. The wedding happened in Pleasant Hill, Ohio, and the couple had four children together.
Hoover worked for much of her career as a cook for Concord Schools, where she was employed for 19 years until her retirement in 1964. Her hobbies included crocheting, gardening, and quilting.
