Audrey Middleton

BIOGRAPHY

Audrey Middleton was born in Pentre, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, on 30 November 1903. Before her marriage, she worked at the Old Meadow Dairy in Pentre, but later gave up employment to devote herself to raising her three children.

Audrey became a resident of Ty Pentwyn in 2007, having previously lived for five years at Pentre House Nursing Home. She was said to have enjoyed listening to the radio and loved joining in a sing-song. At the age of 110, she had 5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren..

Audrey Middleton passed away in Treorchy, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, on 15 April 2014, at the age of 110 years, 136 days.
