BIOGRAPHY

Montezuma was born in Limón, Limón Province, Costa Rica, on 31 October 1913.

At the age of 108, she was still able to sing and dance.

RECOGNITION

Her age was listed as a pending validation by LAS as of 8 March 2022.

As of October 2023, her 110th birthday, she was the fourth-oldest known living person in Costa Rica, behind Marita Camacho Quirós, Belia Engracia Cabezas Araya, and Juan Gabriel Hernández Matamoros.
