Vittoria Zappone was born in Mirabella Eclano, Campania, Italy, on 4 December 1913. She worked as a seamstress and, at some point, got married and had two children.
On her 110th birthday, she was surrounded by family and friends who came to express their best wishes. Mayor Giancarlo Ruggiero also congratulated her on this milestone.
Vittoria Zappone passed away in Mirabella Eclano, Campania, Italy, on 22 December 2023, at the age of 110 years, 18 days.
