Urcille Brown was born in the United States on 26 January 1915.

At 100, she remarked that her secret to longevity was simple: drinking beer—her favorite being Miller. She also added that walking had helped keep her healthy.

Urcille Brown passed away in Chicago, Illinois, on 29 December 2025, at the age of 110 years, 337 days.
