Tsuya Yamaguchi (山口ツヤ) was born in Japan on December 22, 1901.

She passed away in Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan, on October 31, 2012, at the age of 110 years and 314 days.
At the time of her death, she was the second-oldest living person in the prefecture, behind Yoshino Tanaka.
