BIOGRAPHY

Toyoe Yoshida was born in Japan on 7 September 1902.

Toyoe Yoshida passed away in Kōryō, Nara Prefecture, Japan, in October 2015, at the age of 113 years, 24-54 days.

RECOGNITION

Following the passing of 110-year-old Komatsu Takenaka in July 2013, she became the oldest living person in Nara Prefecture. Upon her own passing, she was succeeded by Kura Bingo.

Her age was verified by the MHLW, Japan, and validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) on 19 July 2015. The validation was later recognized by LongeviQuest.
