Sachiko Yunoki (Japanese: 柚木 幸子) was a Japanese supercentenarian.

Sachiko Yunoki was born in Asakuchi, Okayama Prefecture, Japan, on 17 May 1914. At some point in her life, she married into a farming family and had two children.
By the age of 100, she had three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Although her hearing was somewhat impaired by then, she remained independent and continued to care for herself. Reading the newspaper and watching television were part of her daily routine. She credited her longevity to “eating without being picky and staying physically active.”
Yunoki passed away in Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture, on 17 July 2025, at the age of 111 years, 61 days.
Her age was verified by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare (MHLW), as well as Ryohei Asano, and validated by LongeviQuest on 4 August 2025.
