Rosaria Martorana is an Italian supercentenarian who is currently one of the oldest living people in Italy.

Rosaria Martorana was born in Ragusa, Sicily, Italy on 27 October 1914. She married and had four children, all of whom she outlived. She remained in regular contact with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, some of whom she connected with via video calls.
To celebrate her 110th birthday, a large party was organized in her honor at the retirement home where she resided, with local dignitaries in attendance, including Bishop Giuseppe La Placa and Mayor Peppe Cassì.
Martorana currently lives in a nursing home in Ragusa, Sicily, Italy.
Her age was verified by Paolo Scarabaggio, and validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO) on 3 May 2025.
Following the passing of Francesca Fioriglio on 16 July 2025, she became the oldest living person in Sicily.
