BIOGRAPHY

Patricia Mulroney was born in Hungerford, Ontario, Canada, on 13 November 1908, to parents David Trudeau (1869–1938) and Edith Dashineau (1878–1970). She had two siblings: a brother, Oakley Trudeau, and a sister, Carmel DeMarsh.

Mulroney was married twice. Her first husband, Edward Meraw (who passed away in 1950), with whom she had a son, James Meraw (who died in 2018), and a daughter, Rosemary. Her second husband, Francis Mulroney (who died in 1994), did not have children with her, but he had children from his previous marriage: Francis, Leo, Eugene, Noreen, Mary, and Rita.

Patricia Mulroney passed away at the Moira Place Long Term Care Home in Tweed, Ontario, Canada, on 3 June 2019, at the age of 110 years, 202 days. She was survived by her daughter, Rosemary Herrington; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren. Additionally, she was survived by her stepdaughters, Noreen Hishon, Mary Mulroney-Clark, and Rita Leitch; 12 step-grandchildren; 17 step-great-grandchildren; and five step-great-great-grandchildren.
