Olga Domenica Abate was an Italian-born Australian supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO).
Abate was born in San Lorenzo, Calabria, Italy, on 20 May 1913.
Abate passed away in Saint Albans, Victoria, Australia, on 5 June 2024. She was survived by her son Umberto, four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
On 26 January 2024, following the passing of Catherina van der Linden, she became the oldest (known) living person in Australia. Upon her own passing, she was succeeded by Ken Weeks.
Her age was verified by Paolo Scarabaggio, and validated by the ESO on 9 July 2024.
