Mise Ito was born in Sagara, Shizuoka, Japan, on 6 November 1890. She was the oldest living person in Shizuoka Prefecture at the time of her death. Ito passed away on 18 March 2004 in Shizuoka City, Shizuoka, Japan at the age of 113 years, 133 days.
