Masa Katagiri (Japanese: 片桐まさ) was a Japanese supercentenarian who was the oldest living person in Yamagata Prefecture at the time of her passing.
BIOGRAPHY
Masa Katagiri was born in Japan on January 26, 1903.
She passed away from natural causes on February 22, 2013, at the age of 110 years and 55 days. At the time of her passing, she was the oldest living person in Yamagata Prefecture.
RECOGNITION
Her age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group on 25 May 2014 and later recognized by LongeviQuest.
