Marjorie Holt was born in the Rochdale, Greater Manchester, England, on 10 September 1914. At some point, she married Ainsworth ”Jim” Holt. At some point, the couple moved to Australia. She was a member of the Ocean Grove Uniting Church.

Marjorie Holt passed away in Ocean Grove, Victoria, Australia, on 17 November 2024, at the age of 110 years, 68 days.
