Marie Louise Tortech was a French-born Italian supercentenarian who, at the time of her passing, was the third-oldest living resident of Italy.
BIOGRAPHY
Tortech was born in the commune of Saint-Girons in the Ariège department, Occitania, France, on 9 May 1914. At some point, she moved to Italy.
Marie Louise Tortech passed away in Genoa, Liguria, Italy, on 18 February 2026, at the age of 111 years, 285 days.
RECOGNITION
Following the passing of 111-year-old Ebe Tosi on 5 February 2025, she became the oldest living person in Liguria.
