Marie-Louise Rose André (née Jouglard) was a French supercentenarian who was the oldest resident of the Hautes-Alpes department. Her age has been validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO).
André was born as Marie-Louise Rose Jouglard in Orcières, a commune of the department of Hautes-Alpes. Her parents were Camille Marius Dit Cordonnier Jouglard (1877–1917) and Marie Nélie Chevalier (1877–1936). Her father died during World War I in 1918, and she was raised by her mother and aunts.
André married her husband, Eugène Marius “Jean” André (1907–1989) on 8 July 1933. The couple had two children, Camille and Jean.
Marie-Louise André passed away in Orcières, on 9 July 2025, at the age of 112 years, 266 days.
André’s age was verified by Cyril Depoudent and Les Grands Centenaires Français, and was validated by the ESO on 3 November 2022.
