Marie Chevrel was born in the commune of Vitré in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in Brittany, on 21 January 1909. She married a man with the surname Chevrel and later moved to the commune of Rennes, also in Ille-et-Vilaine.
Chevrel passed away in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine, Brittany, France, on 12 June 2019, at the age of 110 years, 142 days.
RECOGNITION
Her age was verified by members of Les Grands Centenaires Français, and validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO) on 20 January 2024. This validation is yet to be recognized by LongeviQuest.
