Maria Zaccaria was born in Grammichele, Sicily, Italy, on 24 November 1905. At some point, she moved to France.

Maria Zaccaria passed away in Frontignan in the Hérault department in southern France, on 2 October 2017, at the age of 111 years, 312 days.

RECOGNITION

Zaccaria’s age was verified by Paolo Scarabaggio, as well as Cyril Depoudent of Les Grands Centenaires Français, and was validated by the ESO on 14 April 2021.
