María Luisa Romero de Licón, later in life known as Luisa Delicon, was a Mexican-born American supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the Latin American Supercentenarians (LAS).

BIOGRAPHY

Maria Luisa de Jesus Romero was born in Camargo, Chihuahua, Mexico, on 8 September 1887 (claimed 14 September). Her parents were José Romero and Beatris Salcido. Her father died when she was very young.

In 1908, she married Ramón Licón (1882–1921) in 1908. Sometime after getting married, she moved to the United States with her husband, mother and sister to search for work.

As a supercentenarian, she resided at Willow Pass Healthcare Center. She never learned how to speak English.

María Luisa Romero de Licón died in Concord, California, USA on 31 October 1999 at the age of 112 years, 53 days (claimed 112 years, 47 days).
