María Dolores de la Vega Marco is a Spanish supercentenarian.
María Dolores de la Vega was born in Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain, on 12 October 1915. At the age of 14, she reportedly already knew how to drive and even traveled to Barcelona in her own car. Alongside her talent for driving, she nurtured her artistic spirit by studying music for eight years to become a piano teacher, while also pursuing another great passion—writing. She wrote and published several novels.
Her artistic nature brought her together with her future husband, the painter Virgilio Albiac (1912–2011). They got married on 24 September 1943. The couple shared a vibrant social life and a love of travel, taking numerous trips across Spain and abroad to cities such as Bordeaux, San Sebastián, and various destinations in Italy and Switzerland. They had two daughters: María Dolores and Luisa María.
On 23 November 2024, following the passing of Piedad Loriente Pérez, she became the oldest known living person in Aragon.
Her age has not been validated.
