Luis Carrasco-Muñoz y Pérez de la Isla was born in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, on 13 February 1914.
Luis Carrasco-Muñoz y Pérez de la Isla passed away in Madrid, on 29 October 2025, at the age of 111 years, 258 days.
On 16 July 2024, following the passing of Mateo Balbuena Iglesias, he became the oldest living man in Spain. Upon his own passing, he was succeeded by Jesús Redondo Bermejo.
