Juliette Châron was a French supercentenarian.
Châron was born in the commune of Les Bordes-sur-Lez in the Ariège department, Occitanie, France, on 26 August 1910. At some point, she got married and the couple went on to have two children. The family resided in Paris for many years. In 1975, she moved to Maisons-Alfort to be closer to her daughter, and she lived there until moving to the Sévigné Residence in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés in July 2019.
On 8 September 2020, shortly after her 110th birthday, she was honored by the Sévigné Residence, where she was living at the time. During the event, she received many gifts from her family and friends, as well as from the healthcare team and Marie-Thérèse Depickère, the municipal councilor.
Châron passed away in Créteil, Val-de-Marne, Île-de-France, France, on 6 August 2021, at the age of 110 years, 345 days.
Her age was validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO) on 25 May 2024. However, this validation has not yet been recognized by LongeviQuest.
