Jéromine Guiltat (née Rocco) was a French supercentenarian who is the oldest person ever born in the region of Corsica. Her age was validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation.
Guiltat was born as Jéromine Rocco in Calvi, Corsica, France, on 26 June 1911. She died in the 12th arrondissement of Paris on 7 April 2024, at the age of 112 years, 286 days.
Guiltat was unknown to researchers until after her death; at that time, she was the fourth-oldest known resident of France.
Her age was verified by Guillaume Legris from LGCF, and validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation on 15 September 2025, and later recognized by LongeviQuest on 19 November 2025.
