Jeanne Léa “Jeannette” Bonnot was a French supercentenarian.
BIOGRAPHY
Jeannette Bonnot was born in the commune of Hérimoncourt in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in France, on 18 October 1907. At some point, she married Louis, a school principal, composer, organist, and piano teacher. She spent her entire career as a teacher in Seloncourt. Widowed in the 1990s, she continued living at home with assistance until the age of 102.|Jeannette Bonnot passed away in Seloncourt in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, on 25 October 2019, at the age of 112 years, 7 days.
RECOGNITION
Her age was verified by the members of Les Grands Centenaires Français, and validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO) on 18 November 2023.
