Jane McKenna Murphy was a Canadian supercentenarian whose age has been validated by LongeviQuest.

Jane Murphy was born in Notre-Dame, New Brunswick, Canada, on 30 September 1914, to Charles Lockhart and Elizabeth Dysart. She had three sisters: Patricia Hinckley, Pamelia Wood, and Charlotte Lockhart.
In 1941, she married J. Edward Murphy, and the couple had four children: Gregory, Penny McIlwaine, John, and Hugh. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church in Moncton. She was also active in the Catholic Women’s League, a supporter of the Progressive Conservative Party, and a member of the Probus Club of Moncton.
Jane cherished her summers at the family cottage at Edgewater on Shediac Bay, and spent her winters in Dunedin, Florida. She was a member of the Moncton Art Society and, while in Florida, took part in workshops at the Dunedin Fine Arts Center.
Jane Murphy passed away in Riverview, New Brunswick, on 1 September 2025, at the age of 110 years, 336 days.
