Icefene Thomas (née Jones) was an American supercentenarian.
Icefene Thomas was born in Naborton, Louisiana, USA, on 24 December 1903 (claimed 1902). She was the second of ten children born to parents Rev. Robert Jones and Mariah Washington. She embraced the Christian faith at the age of 14 at Truevine Baptist Church, which had been founded by her maternal grandparents, Floyd and Emma Mitchell Washington. She also attended Old Morning Glory Baptist Church, where her paternal grandparents, York and Litticia Jones, were founding members.
After her marriage to Charley Thomas in 1941, she united with New Bethlehem Baptist Church in Gloster, Louisiana.
Her younger sister, Ollie Lee McGary (25 December 1912 – 15 May 2019), lived to be 106.
Icefene Thomas passed away in Shreveport, Louisiana, on 6 January 2016, at the age of 112 years, 13 days.
