BIOGRAPHY

Clark was born in Canada on 17 June 1914. She never married or had children, and when asked about the secret to her longevity, she jokingly replied that it’s best to avoid both.

At 109, she remained remarkably independent, making her own decisions, voicing her preferences, and addressing anything that required attention. Her mind was still sharp.
