BIOGRAPHY
Hélène Le Bozec was born in the commune of Illkirch-Graffenstaden in the Bas-Rhin department in Grand Est, on 24 December 1908. Her family was of Parisian origin. She married a man with the surname Le Bozec, who passed away shortly after their marriage. She then raised their daughter, Yvette, on her own.
In 2000, Le Bozec and her daughter relocated to Rognonas, Bouches-du-Rhône, and later moved to nearby Saint-Étienne-du-Grès in July 2011.
Hélène Le Bozec passed away in the commune of Saint-Etienne-du-Grès in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, on 27 June 2020, at the age of 111 years, 186 days.

Le Bozec’s age was verified by Luc Le Lay (Les Grands Centenaires Français) and validated by the ESO on 9 May 2020.
