Hazel Elizabeth Windsor (née Welhoff) was an American supercentenarian.
Hazel Windsor was born in Columbus, Missouri, USA, on 14 November 1902, to parents John E. Welhoff (1870–1965) and Edna C. Coffman (1878–1953).
She married Ivan Creason Windsor (1901–1980), and the couple had three children: Shirley Williamson, John Robert Windsor (1929–1929), and Edna Andrews. For some time, she lived in Warrensburg.
Hazel Windsor passed away in Overland Park, Kansas, USA, on 2 June 2013, at the age of 110 years, 200 days. She was survived by her two daughters, as well as six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
At the time of her passing, she was the oldest known living person in the U.S. state of Kansas.
