Gabrielle-Marguerite Couturier (née Lefèvre) was a French supercentenarian.

BIOGRAPHY

Couturier was born in the commune of Châlette-sur-Loing in the Loiret department, Centre-Val de Loire, France, on 27 February 1911. Her parents were Auguste-Louis Lefèvre (1879–1934) and Sophie Marguerite Biauzon (1884–1915). She had three siblings: Roger (1905–1987), Robert (1909–1983), and Yvonne-Jeanne (1914–1928).

On 30 December 1943, at the age of 32, she married André-Abel-François Charron (born 1902), in Moncoutant-sur-Sèvre. The couple divorced in 1955. On 19 December 1978, she married Paul-Albert Couturier (born 1910) in Colombes.

Couturier passed away in Colombes, Hauts-de-Seine, Île-de-France, France, on 2 March 2021, at the age of 110 years, 3 days.

RECOGNITION

Her age has been validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation (ESO), but the validation is yet to be recognized by LongeviQuest.
