Ethel Woodson (née Chatman) was an American supercentenarian whose age has been validated by LongeviQuest.
Woodson was born in Springfield, Tennessee, USA, on 6 November 1894.
At some point, she got married, and went on to have seven children: Blanche, Frank, Virginia, Margaret Matthews, Eva Nell Nicholson, Josephine, and Robert Dee.
Woodson passed away at North Crest Medical Center in Springfield, on 17 June 2005, at the age of 110 years, 223 days. She was survived by her seven children, as well as 22 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, 38 great-great-grandchildren, and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
