Emma Donna Radford (née Goins) was an American supercentenarian whose age has been validated by LongeviQuest.

BIOGRAPHY

Radford was born in Backus, Fayette County, West Virginia, USA, on 14 May 1907, to parents Bertie Garfield Goins (1880–1962) and Minnie Smith (1884–1958). She had two siblings: Thelma and Elgie.

In 1938, she married Jesse McClennan Radford (1903–1980). The couple had no children. She was a member of and organist at Oak Grove Baptist Church at Backus Mountain. She spent her last years at Fayette Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fayetteville.

Radford passed away in Fayetteville, West Virginia, USA, on 23 July 2017, at the age of 110 years, 70 days.

RECOGNITION

At the time of death, she was the oldest (known) living person in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
