Julien Emile Arsène was a French supercentenarian from the overseas department of Guadeloupe.

BIOGRAPHY

Emile Arsène was born in Le Moule, Guadeloupe, on 18 May 1911. He was a retired mechanic.

Emile Arsène passed away in Les Abymes, Guadeloupe, on 12 June 2021, at the age of 110 years, 25 days.

RECOGNITION

On 6 November 2020, at the age of 109 years, 172 days, he surpassed the final age of Philibert Parnasse (6 May 1901 – 24 October 2010), becoming the oldest known man ever from Guadeloupe.

In May 2021, he celebrated his 110th birthday, becoming the first documented male supercentenarian in Guadeloupe.

His age has not been validated.
