Elise Cambar was born in the commune of Briantes in the Indre department in central France, on 2 November 1906.
Cambar passed away in the commune of Lignières in the Cher department in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France, on 30 September 2017, at the age of 110 years, 332 days.
