Domitila Cibrián Quintero was born in Navidad, Jalisco, Mexico, on 7 May 1911. She had at least five siblings.

On 24 January 1926, she married Pedro Gómez Bernal. Her husband passed away in 1973.

Cibrián Quintero passed away in Ixtapa, Jalisco, Mexico, on 27 October 2021, at the age of 110 years, 173 days.
