Domenica Giovannetti was an Italian supercentenarian who holds the longevity record for the Umbria region.

Domenica Giovannetti was born in Monteleone di Spoleto, Umbria, Italy, on 16 April 1915. She married Gino Smarrocchi from Spoleto, and together they had four daughters: Anna Rita, Erina, Ernesta, and Maria.
At the age of 109, she had 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. When asked about the secret to her longevity, she said: “I loved my family, always worked with great passion, always ate farro from Monteleone di Spoleto seasoned with Spoleto olive oil, and drank good wine from the hills of this city.”
Giovannetti passed away on 20 December 2025 in Spoleto, Umbria, Italy, at the age of 110.
On 26 July 2024, following the passing of 110-year-old Armandina Cerritoni, she became the oldest living person in Umbria. Upon her own passing, it’s believed she was succeeded by Domenica Bernetti (born 20 February 1917), according to Supercentenari d’Italia.
On 3 July 2025, at the age of 110 years, 78 days, she surpassed the final age of Augusta Giontella, becoming the oldest woman ever to have lived in Umbria.
On 18 August 2025, at the age of 110 years, 124 days, she surpassed the final age of Dante Parlani, becoming the oldest person ever to have lived or died in Umbria.
Her age has not been validated.
