BIOGRAPHY
Dagmar Karlsson was born in Drängsered, Hylte Municipality, Halland County, Sweden, on 26 April 1916 to parents Gustaf Karlsson and Selma Nilsson.
She worked as a textile worker and married John Albert Karlsson on 31 December 1942, and together they had one son, Thomas Axgården. Her husband passed away in 1986.
She cycled frequently and used the bicycle as her preferred mode of transportation, riding regularly until the age of 93.
