Carmen Cárdenas Molina is a Spanish supercentenarian who is, as of September 2024, one of the top five oldest known living people in Spain. Her age has not been validated by LongeviQuest.

BIOGRAPHY

Cárdenas Molina was born in Rute, Andalusia, Spain, on 12 October 1913. She worked in agriculture, tending fields from an early age. She was, at that time, not able to study at a higher level.

At the time of her 110th birthday, Cárdenas Molina had at least one daughter, who she lived with, as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She also, as of 2023, lived with a grandson. She was not able to walk and mixed up dates and stages of her life, but was reported to otherwise be mentally sharp.

RECOGNITION

As of September 2024, Cárdenas Molina is the fifth-oldest known Spanish resident and the oldest in the autonomous community of Andalusia.
