BIOGRAPHY
Arthur Aspinall was born in Bolton, Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom, on 13 October 1916. His father ran a forging business, manufacturing bolts and other fasteners for the trade. By the time Arthur turned fourteen, he was already working in the family firm, learning its operations inside and out. At sixteen, his father promoted him to foreman.
In 1944, he married Constance Nellie Cheadle.
He currently lives in Bolton, Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom.
