BIOGRAPHY
Annie Dobush was born in Fish Creek, Saskatchewan, Canada, on 14 September 1914, to parents Athanasius Oleksin and Michalina Mariasz, who were of Ukranian descent. At some point, she got married and had a son, Walter Dobush.
In 2018, she moved to a retirement community, where a special celebration was held for her 110th birthday in September 2024. The event featured cake, coffee, tea, and a musical performance by singer Mary Costen from Altona. Although her mobility had decreased somewhat since moving in, she still maintained an active and energetic daily routine.
