Angèle Anne Milan was a French supercentenarian.
Angèle Milan was born in the commune of Narbonne in the Aude department, Occitanie, France, on 11 October 1913. She married Pierre Milan at age 23. Throughout her life, she worked in various roles—as a farm laborer, in a tile factory, and especially as a housekeeper. In 1940, the couple moved to Limoux. Though they had no children, her life was filled with young family members, and she often welcomed her nephews for summer holidays.
During the Second World War, their rural area remained relatively untouched by the conflict. They occasionally saw Resistance fighters but never encountered German forces. After her husband passed away, she moved to the Pierre Estève housing estate in Castelnaudary to be closer to her niece, who lived in Villefranche-de-Lauragais.
Angèle Milan passed away in the commune of Castelnaudary in the Aude department, Occitanie, France, on 27 October 2023, at the age of 110 years, 16 days.
Her age was validated by the European Supercentenarian Organisation, but is yet to be recognized by LongeviQuest.
