Alline Robideaux was born in Gueydan, Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, USA, on 5 February 1904. Her parents were Gilbert Bourriague (1873–1956) and Mary Nidia Hungerford (1878–1953). She had nine siblings. One of her sisters, Marie Castro-Migues (1902–2003), lived to be 100. Her grandfather, who immigrated from France, owned a little store in nearby Shell Beach, and her father was a rice farmer. She had completed sixth grade education.
In 1920, she married Adam Robideaux (1887–1983). The couple had three children: Ralph Robideaux (1921–2015), Marjorie George (born 1923), and Charles Robideaux (1924–1939). In 1996, she moved in with her daughter.
Robideaux passed away in Royal Oaks, Santa Cruz County, California, USA, on 13 May 2015, at the age of 111 years, 97 days. She was survived by one brother, Bernie Bourriague (1922–2020), one daughter, Marjorie George, five grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great-grandchildren, and four great-great-great-grandchildren.
