BIOGRAPHY

Libby Alice McLellan was born in McCallum Settlement, Nova Scotia, Canada, on 6 August 1883, to John McCallum and Jessie Bell. She had a brother, James, and a step-brother, Warren Bell. In 1905, she married George Walter McLellan, and together they had three children: Inez Vivian, Lewis, and Alma Doris.

Libby Alice McLellan passed away in Onslow, Nova Scotia, Canada, on 29 April 1995, at the age of 111 years, 266 days. She was survived by her daughter, Alma Higgins, along with 18 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
